Jon:  Hello!  My name is Grant Marcoux and I'm a full-time smith and
smithing instructor in  the SF Bay Area and a CBA member as well.  Welcome
to the craft to you and your son.

Yes, the Tujunga shop is closed and the closest to you is the CBA Orange
County affiliate in the Discovery Museum in Santa Ana, CA.
