OK, Dan, I forwarded your note to him, and he asked me whether I thought
that you guys would welcome him if he joined ;-) I told him yes, that you're
a great crew of hammerheads ;-) He's going to organize his thoughts and his
goals, and present them in a bit, I think. Please welcome him when he does
join us- he's a good guy, even if he isn't a smith (yet ;-).
