Well, I bought some and applied it.  I'm replacing a set of wheels for my 
'96 van.  Two of the original Rally Wheels have corroded to the point where 
there are pinholes in them, so I picked up a set of used wheels and am 
refinishing them.  I sandblasted the wheels and got rid of all the old 
paint and rust.  After air dusting them I applied a coat of the cold 
galvanizing paint.  The can says to wait at least 8 hours before 
painting.  With all the salt and crud on the roads up here in the winter we 
won't have long to find out how it holds up under stress. <better than me, 
I hope>
