There are no standard answers.

Here are my 2 cents:

An exclusive agreement is fine if:
	They agree to some sales targets, and if they don't meet them you can 
use other outlets

Most stores in my experience mark everything up 100%

You need to establish the price YOU want for the work and then let them 
establish retail price

I usually do not discount on volume unless its prepaid (not on 
consignment)
