Try a restaurant supply that caters to steak joints with that charcoal
grilled flavor.
At the ABANA conference in Flagstaff, AZ one of the demonstrators (Tai Goo)
said that's
how he gets his charcoal. I can't remember for sure, but I think he said he
paid $8 a 50lb bag of Mesquite charcoal. The chunks were roughly fist sized.
It's the stuff I don't write down I'm forced to remember. :-)
