[TheForge] stair railings

I remember seeing a site that contained info on measuring for stair
railings, but now I can't seem to find it. Can anyone point me to a
reference on measuring railings (angles, length, etc)? How about one
on spiral stairs, how to calculate rise and run and figure out how
many steps need to be made?
