You need to contact Jerry Hoffman of "The Blacksmiths Journal" as he just
recently put out an issue with just that information in it. I don't know
which one right off, but he can be found at www.blacksmithsjournal.com and I
know he would sell you a copy of it. It had a rise and run calculator, and
spiral handrail chart, and a bunch of related stuff, if I recall correctly.
