It is common courtesy and good e-mail edict to place your message at the top of
your reply and not at the bottom.. It seems that a lot of people have forgotten
about this courtesy.
The second courtesy is to "eliminate" the text of the original message.
I know its a carry over from the early days of small capacity computers,
but I feel it still applies.
I do not like to cursor down through many thousand words just you read a one
sentence reply...
