What is the contradiction?????
Bill just stated that he signed for a PACKAGE that he did not open! That is not
signing for a bid!
You read what you want into this bullshit, comment on it endlessly, and it will
continue for another two years.
Perhaps George Dixon can start a Whiners column in his publication, and move this
off the list, where it seems to be attractive to only a few responders.
