Well, I AM a member, and I've been passingly interested in this. I find it 
interesting that a previous question posed to and responded by bill is 
directly contradicted here:

Now this is a direct contradiction. I'm not a conspiracy theorist so I'm 
going to assume that this is not part of a larger sinister plot to hide the 
truth. I will say however that this is disturbing, and if this is how the 
membership and the watching public has to drag information out (i.e. 
provide proof that the previous statements are lies before the truth is 
admitted) then I for one am not ready to dismiss any future statements 
against the board out of hand.

I understand Bill wasn't the President of the Board when the vote was taken 
and claims to have not even opened the bid, however I must say my being 
able to believe his statements at face value have gone down-hill with this 
latest round of emails.
