Just Opinion...
Inside with controlled moisture.. sure.. spray poly. BUT...You
already have a great surface, it's not totally smooth, so, If you do a
good brushed polyurethane, it will stand up for a long time,
especially if you degrease it well... and a quart of brushed poly
goes a lot further than a bunch of spray cans... Perfectly smooth,
Sure, spray it...
