If you are going to use the saw daily, and cut thick material, I would suggest an
Everett dry saw. I was fortunate and picked up a used one at a machine shop
auction. It cuts through thick steel like butter with out forcing the blade and
the cuts are square, not like my makita. Two minuses though, it's 220 single
phase, and it eats up blades. FWIW attached is their web site.
