[TheForge] switching torches

I have a Harris set. The Oxy regulator is a NO. 10-125. The low pressure
gage reads from zero to 200 PSI.
I bought a Henrob torch and almost gave up on it until I realized that the
problem was that my regulator would not hold a constant pressure.
The Harris regulator works fine for cutting or a large tip but does not work
for low (3-8#) pressure.
