	Actually, I deem pure democracy as bad, and potentially
	worse than revolting communism.  It is absolute mob rule
	and the mob is a very dangerous animal.  The founders of
	this nation established a constitutional republic precisely
	because they did not want an amok majority to run roughshod
	over the rest of the folks.  Given the oft repeated behavior
	of the human species, this was very wise.
