[Test-Equipment] Who makes this SMA Thumb Wheel?

I can't help re the thumb wheel but, depending on the diameter and depth of 
 the access hole, would something like this be usable?......

I've got some that are very similar and the bonus is that body, including  
the SMA collar, is solid.
They wouldn't be my first choice over a "normal" SMA for most  purposes but 
they can be quite useful at times.
It's possible that you might find something similar with an SMA female  
outlet rather than BNC but I don't recall having seen those.
