[Test-Equipment] Who makes this SMA Thumb Wheel?

Something like that except with the thumb wheel away from the SMAm end would work.
An adapter from SMAm to something else.  But SMA connectors have a very small design life measured in matings.
When I was working with satellite microwave hardware we used SMAm-SMAf adapters called "connector savers" and had a log 
book of every mating of both the device being tested and the connector saver.
So an adapter with a solid body, like the one on the eBay, would tend to wear out the SMA connector in the DAGR GPS 
receiver.
It's far better the way the cable now works were the cable remains stationary and the SMA nut is tightened without 
rotating the center contact.
