[Test-Equipment] Who makes this SMA Thumb Wheel?

Hi John:
Neither of them really works because the SMA nut that needs to be tightened is down in a hole.
I've used an SAM to BNC adapter and it sort of works by twisting the BNC which sort of grabs the nut, but it's far from
nice.
