[Test-Equipment] Hickok signal generator

One limitation of the 288X is the lowest frequency is 100 kc which 
eliminates several Halli, Hammy, and National receivers with their low IF's.

For simply sweeping higher frequency filters I suppose a varactor pulser 
could be used with selectable ranges and rates.
