[Test-Equipment] WTB Hickok 209A VTVM

It was fine when new for general radio repairs and still does well.
Replacing a few components with high accuracy modern ones gives all the
accuracy needed for vintage as well as newer equipment.
Engineers used tube based probes for design work that did quite well also, I
cut my teeth on a 410B in the 60's.
I love my 209A for day to day service and the 410B is just a shelf queen
with other ancient HP gear.
As with Brian my eyes arent what they were!
