If you look on the completed sales on Ebay, you can see 410's that sold for
less. It just take time. I've bought stuff for 1/10 the normal going rate
by being
persistent.

But .. if you not looking for absolute accuracy the Hickok is cool looking.

I looked at the manual on BAMA for the 209A and it doesn't even give
accuracy !!

I did find a 209C manual, 15 lbs wow !!! :-)

3% on DC/AC, my call is your looking at up to 5-10% unless you get it
calibrated.

Not uncommon on the TV/Radio market.

I'd take some time to check what the difference is between the A and C
versions,
if anything the C's manual looks a lot more 'complete'

And even though a small part of my T&M collection is tube based, I don't
use any
for making measurements.  Having a tube in the the probe for AC just asks
for
issues.
