[Test-Equipment] Clough-Brengle Model 411 Audio Oscillator Manual Needed

I have a Clough-Brengle 411 oscillator in pieces (all apparently present) that I would like to work on. Does anyone have a manual or a scan? Ron Lawrence does not have a 411 manual, so they must be scarce.
