I have an Ideal 61-310 that I love and use all of the time, but no part of it is close to being
correct. (NOT close) I even bought a little used bag for it so it looks bagged up like a fluke.
I use this in cars and fuse boxes. It cost about $28 -
One segment of the second from the right digit quit working, I keep on using it.
I have an old fluke (.1% basic accuracy) in the basement for measurements.
