[Test-Equipment] Need recommendation for accurate low level DVM

Ron,

I'd agree with the 61-310.  However the 61-312 and the 61-314 are higher 
end.

I can provide the specifications, and the documentation.

The 312 and 314s are totally different, and cost a fair bit more the the 
310.  I wouldn't have bought a 310, I'd have stayed with the el-cheapo 
Harbor Freight if that was the quality level that I wanted.

As I stated, the 312 or 314 compare to the reliability and accuracy of 
my HP-410B.  I've measured known voltages, and get identical results.
