The specific model # that is carried by Lowe's, is the IDEAL 61-312.

Its accuracy is +/- 1.2%

It reads VAC to 600, VDC up to 600, measures capacitance of capacitors - 
NO way to measure leakage, diode junctions, frequency up to 400Hz, and ohms.

The AC range is calibrated by means of RMS.

There is a 61-314 model, and all specs are identical EXCEPT that it 
reads true RMS for AC.
