[Test-Equipment] Need recommendation for accurate low level DVM

Ive been real pleased with the Fluke 27/FM which is a military model. Very
rugged and usually comes with a carrying case. Takes the same HV probes as
others yet works well down at SS voltage levels.
Often on Fleabay at a reasonable price.
