[Test-Equipment] Meter movement on Eico 249 VTVM

I don' recall whether the EICO 249 meter cover can be easily 

removed. I vaguely think it is, but am far form sure. Seems to 

me a simple visual examination should answer this question.

In any case, if you decide to open it up, be absolutely sure 

it's done in as clean an environment as possible (this 

includes the air in the room).
