If you had 4 of them you could make a bridge and use a sensitive meter
to check the balance. If any one of them was off there would be an error or imbalance and
it is unlikely all of them would have the same error.

I don't own any instrumentation accurate to 0.01%, unless it's my freq
counter. I'd just check it with an ordinary ohmmeter to see if it's
broken; if it reads about right, then believe the marking and challenge
anyone to prove ya wrong.
