[Test-Equipment] Resistor measurement

I don't own any instrumentation accurate to 0.01%, unless it's my freq
counter.  I'd just check it with an ordinary ohmmeter to see if it's
broken; if it reads about right, then believe the marking and challenge
anyone to prove ya wrong.
