If you really have to measure it to the tollerance you
need a bridge with about one fifth the error, that is one
capable of measuring to an _accuracy_ of about 0.002%, 0.001
would be better. That is getting into the realm of
laboratory gear. 0.01% is a very high accuracy resistor. The
2 is interesting because the tollerance comes out to about
+ - 18 ohms.
