[Test-Equipment] UPS damage to test equipment

Here's a good UPS story:
Sold a 100 lb receiver to a guy in Texas. He claimed damage and was paid
in full by UPS. Radio came back to me with only a slightly bowed front
panel.
Sold the radio again to another guy that was local.
When all the dust settled I had $850 new dollars in the old booger locker.
More than twice my expectation when I put it up for sale.
Sometimes you really have to get nasty with UPS to wake them up. If the
make even the slightest error you have to call them on it. It's almost have
to shame them before they do the right thing.
