[Test-Equipment] UPS damage to test equipment.

Hi Jim:

 From what you've said it's hard to tell if it was the fault of UPS, but 
my guess is that the problem was poor packaging.
I've received many rack mount sized items via UPS and other carriers 
without damage (and some that were damaged).  The key is proper
