[Test-Equipment] UPS damage to test equipment.

It must be the phase of the moon or something. I usually have very good
luck with UPS but today I received an HP8654a/8655a combination and the box
looked like it had been dropped or run over. For some reason, they
"rescheduled" the shipment from the start and it makes me wonder just what
that was all about now.
Fortunately, the shipper packed it well with many layers of bubble wrap and
it survived though I was expecting much, much worse when I saw the box. I
think it's the only time I took "before" pictures of the box before I opened
it just in case.
It should have been packed "firmer", though, as the bubble-wrapped insides
still could roll around a bit in the box (and it was just a single-boxed
arrangement). It's best to not allow the insides any "rolling" space.
