I much prefer UPS to FedWrex.
With UPS it is easy to get a claim approved if the item is packed according
to their on line "guidelines" which are gospel.
Also anyone should realize that a 141T system is not supposed to be shipped
with the plug-ins. Heck, it even says that in the HP manual.
