I also own and built the ESR meter kit designed by Bob Parker and
sold through Dick Smith.
That one is no longer available, but despair not! Bob has redesigned
the meter (well, actually just the case and such -- the circuit is
identical to the original) as the Blue ESR Meter and it sells from
several sources. Here is one:
