[Test-Equipment] Should I Import this ESR Meter?

One possible issue over time is dip socket integrity due
to wear from repeated in/out plugging of caps. I could
wish for a better socket. It looks like a good machined
socket but my experience with a similar machined socket
is that it didn't last with wires being plugged in/out.
Of course measurements via the probes would not be
affected.
