[Test-Equipment] Should I Import this ESR Meter?

Hi Pete:
Ver 4 has a two line display so you see ESR and C on the same screen.
Also has a DIP socket, the left part has contacts for zero Ohms to do
the power up calibration and also resistors at 1, 10 and 100 Ohms to
confirm the cal as well as to hear the audio tone that's proportional to
the ESR. On the right of the DIP is wired as a test socket for leaded
caps or resistors.
