[Test-Equipment] Should I Import this ESR Meter?

I guess you could always put a socket into the socket. To save the first
socket. Like a socket saver on a tube tester. Just find another machined
type socket and insert it. Once it wears out, remove it and put in another
one

One possible issue over time is dip socket integrity due
to wear from repeated in/out plugging of caps. I could
wish for a better socket.  It looks like a good machined
socket but my experience with a similar machined socket
is that it didn't last with wires being plugged in/out.
Of course measurements via the probes would not be
affected.
