Hello: When a piece of equipment lies dormant for many years the switch contacts become oxidized and they do not make good
contact. I suggest that you use some de-oxit on each wafer and move each individual switches back and forth through its contacts.
Another possibility, but not likely. is that all of the pull 6AQ5's are bad. Check some other tube/s.
