[Test-Equipment] FS: Simpson 269

Not even a "Collector" issue from my perspective.

To me "New Old Stock":

New = Unused / Never Installed
	Old Stock = Aged Product

Neither state anything about the condition of the product (as in your
example of the earphone cushions).

A never installed Allison Aircraft Engine stored in Cosmoline in a still
sealed container in a barn since WWII is "NOS"(and a favorite of Hydroplane
owners through the 1960s+.

So is the other one which was pulled out of the container and left in the
open in that same leakey, dusty barn, with all of it's dirt, rust, etc.

If you think that New Old Stock (NOS) means the same thing as new, you're
not a collector and don't understand the terminology. Never assume that NOS

means like brand new, or you'll get burned sooner or later.
