Your Fluke 87 comes with a lifetime factory repair/replacement
warranty.... as long as it was not customer abuse or liquid damage. Call
them up, give them your serial number, name, other info....... send it
to them and if everything is right with the world, they will send you a
brand NEW, current model to replace it at no charge! Also with a
LIFETIME warranty!!
Now WHO said there wasn't a FREE LUNCH?

Hi:
I discovered that my Fluke 87 DMM will not measure current on the mA &
uA
ranges. It fails the self test (probe between V-Ohm-diode & mAuA should
read
1k) reads zero. And fails the fuse test for the mAuA jack (no click when
probe
inserted and in V= or V~ modes).
Opening it up confirms the dead fuse, but also a yellow part is split in
half.
Is there a way to get the fuse and yellow part? See photos at:
