Hi Brian:
You are correct, the yellow part has a fine saw cut and is not blown.
But using aluminum foil on the fuse still does not allow low currents to be
measured. Now passes self test and the two current beeping tests.
This is an old 87 and I think they only had 3 year warranties. The Fluke web
page is showing $208 which seems a little steep for repair and cal.
