Unfortunately that manual is probably of no use to the average ham since it
is little more than a listing of parts and national stock numbers for the 3
component devices of the HP 3550 test set (of which the 403B voltmeter is
one; the others are a 600 ohm patch panel and an audio oscillator). It does
not contain any schematics, circuit description, alignment info, etc.
