[Test-Equipment] Manual HP 403B AC Voltmeter

Sorry Gang,

I did not download this manual so I was unaware of it's contents.

I have had very good success on other equipment however  finding complete 
copies of the original HP manuals including full schematics, parts lists 
and the full text describing the operation.

As they say, YMMV. The price is right (paid by the US taxpayer).
