[Test-Equipment] Cosel K150A-12 Power Supply

I think these are the regulator's sensing terminals and should be connected to the 
related plus and minus terminals unless you have a long run from the PS to the load, 
in which case the line drop can be compensated for by running the sense lines to the 
load and connecting them there.
