[Test-Equipment] Chip Found! Thanks!

Thanks to all that responded!  Not only did I find a chip but I learned a
lot about how to look in the future.

HP listed the chip's generic # in Volume I of the Service Manual.  Thanks to
one of the list members with a Volume I, plus several others we identified
it as a CD4046AF.

NTE has a NTE 4056B and a NTE 980 that look to be very close.  I ordered the
chip from Mouser this afternoon.
