Hi Dave.

I searched for a couple of years to try and find one... without success.

I finally went to Austron and got one from them.  Mine was pretty sick,
but now it keeps pretty good time with my GPS and Rubidium standards :-).

I don't feel right about copying it wholesale, but let me know if I can
(try to) answer any questions you might have.  BTW, it is a pretty big
manual; 100+ pages with fold out schematics.
