Well, it certainly SILLY AND POINTLESS enough to fit right into this
discussion I suppose. Are you saying that BPL will only affect Ten Tec
users and that there is no possible place where you clear thinkers can
go off to and amuse yourselves with your high-flying visonary insights?
Are you saying that we poor uninformed backward types, whose
understanding of amateur radio pales in the presence of mighty
intellects such as yours, have no right to expect the Ten Tec reflector
to simply deal with Ten Tec equipment rather than a steady stream of
wild-eyed speculation and doomsaying?

My, my! Exactly who are you to be making these decisions for us? I have
never heard of you. You sound a bit overwrought to be assuming such
powers. There are many places available on the web for amateurs to
express their concerns to the FCC and to their Congressional
Representative. It does not require that every other function in the
hobby stop in order for a gaggle of self-appointed spokespeople and
"interpreters of truth and reason" to drive us crazy with endless rants
and meaningless speculation.

I would guess that they probably will not listen very attentively to
anyone who raves as if they are on a mission from God.

Very dramatic! I bet you get all your intellectual insights from Dr. Phil.

Don't think so. If this list has a moderator, I hope he will put a stop
to this totally off-subject ranting. Otherwise, I will leave the list
to your screaming outbursts, and I suspect a lot of others will also do
the same. Then you can have the intense satisfaction of knowing that you
have destroyed something which was useful in order to satisfy your own
ego and your burning need for a captive audience.
