[TenTec] FCC rules, BPL, side effects (way way long)

To all concerned:

Its time we all move on.  While the discussion has, and, will continue to
have merit, there is little we can do to fight the FCC and the politics of
progress.  All we can do, is, continue to voice our opinions to our elected
officials and our lobbyist, the ARRL.  Lets get back to the technical
aspects of our radios, discuss improvements, modifications, restoration and
other items such as this, which, this list was intended to provide a forum.

I will be deleting future postings regarding the BPL subject.
