You have a good point here.
I can foresee local agencies getting so many
complaints about local HR stations that pressure be
brought both local legal pressure and FCC pressure for
the elimination of all "UNNECESSARY" communitcations
in the BPL spectrum. They will become the defacto
owners of the spectrum!
