[TenTec] FCC rules, BPL, side effects

Hi All,

Just illustrate my point, I have a problem a touch
lamp. I have had a confrontation with a neighbor over
my use of power > 10W. This appears to be the minimum
power that I can run without affecting the lamp. I
usually operate with 5W output from my Model 574 and
my Omni 546C before it. The person involved actually
called the local police department because she claimed
that I was deliberately trying cause her injury by
using 100W output. Can you see what I see, should BPL
become wide spread? We will be facing all kinds of
legal action from the public with goal of ridding BPL
of our interference. They will be paying for a service
and expecting correct system operation whether the
documentation informs them of the potential legal
disruptions from licensed services.
